Reformer Level 1
LEVEL: BEGINNER
Start your Pilates journey at our studio with the Reformer I class.
These classes are perfect for anyone beginning Pilates, returning to Pilates or those looking to refine and get the most out of their current practice.
In addition to promoting body awareness and strengthening the core, you’ll increase range of motion and core balance. You’ll work on essential movements and apply the basic Pilates principles for safe and effective workouts.
*** If you are new to the Pilates Reformer, please arrive 10 minutes early to allow the teacher to introduce you to the machine.

Reformer Level 1.5
LEVEL: INTERMEDIATE
Grace Level 1.5 Pilates Reformer is that sweet spot between Level 1 and Level 2. Your instructor will challenge you with intermediate level exercises while maintaining a focus on alignment and core activation. Layered movements combined with the breath will keep your body (and mind!) challenged.
It is highly recommended that you have Pilates Reformer experience and that one of your teachers recommends that you are ready for the Level 1.5.

Reformer Level 2
LEVEL: INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED
Grace Level 2 Pilates Reformer classes introduce powerful and challenging intermediate/advanced exercises that require more strength and coordination. You will also experience variations of familiar moves and be introduced to new, more advanced concepts. Every instructor brings their own unique approach to the session they are teaching but get ready to move and even sweat!
Level 2 classes may have less breaks, more reps, more resistance, higher tempo and longer holds, to bring you a dynamic and powerful 50-minute Pilates class.
It is recommended that you have Pilates experience and that one of our teachers has recommended that you are ready for this Level 2 class.

Reformer All-Level
This Pilates Reformer class is designed for those who have prior Reformer experience, and offers a challenging and invigorating full-body workout. Focusing on strength, flexibility, and core stability, the class incorporates a variety of exercises to enhance muscle control, balance, and coordination. Expect a mix of classic and contemporary Reformer techniques, with emphasis on precise movements, fluid transitions, and controlled resistance.
Modifications and progressions are provided to ensure a more personalized session. Plan to deepen your Pilates practice, refine your technique, and build endurance in a supportive, energetic environment.
Prior Reformer experience required; not suitable for beginners.
