Grace Basics/Beginner
LEVEL: BEGINNER
Interested in yoga, but unsure where to start? All levels are welcome; but this class is especially appropriate for beginners.
In this class, you will explore some of the basic postures and breathing techniques that make up the practice of yoga. Students will learn about the basics of proper alignment and technique. Emphasis will be placed on core strength, flexibility and balance, as well as concentration and breath control. This class is based on physical postures (asanas), deep breathing, mindfulness and listening to the body.
No yoga experience necessary, simply bring a willingness to move and play with Grace.

Grace Flow
LEVEL: INTERMEDIATE
Grace Flow is a medium intensity class.
This class combines the flowing style of Vinyasa ('movement with breath') with a series of strong and powerful postures. Each Grace Flow class targets physical strength and flexibility throughout the entire body.
While maintaining a clear focus on alignment and awareness of breath, these classes build internal heat and aid to detoxify the body. Energizing and nourishing, Grace Flow will increase physical and mental discipline.
Expect to get your heart rate up in this uplifting class. Grace Flow is most suited to those with some yoga experience.

Grace Warm Power Flow
LEVEL: INTERMEDIATE
Grace Warm Power Flow is a faster-paced, dynamic yoga class that combines a warm room with a series of challenging postures, creative transitions, and a relaxing cool down. The goal is to increase your heart rate, strengthen your muscles, and build endurance, while also improving your flexibility and balance.
Expect to be be energized and empowered!
***Please note that this class is not for those with mobility issues and not for beginners in yoga.

Mellow Monday Flow
LEVEL: ALL LEVELS
Let this be your class to ease into the week.
Prepare to move and breathe while cultivating mindfulness and postural alignment. A slow, yet moderate pace allows for a sense of peace and a feeling of not being rushed. A great way to release tension and soften into the week.

Friendly Ashtanga Yoga
60-MINUTE CLASS & 90-MINUTE CLASS AVAILABLE
LEVEL: ALL LEVELS
(Not for beginners)
Explore the traditional Ashtanga practice in a caring and supportive environment. We will move through sun salutations and foundational poses. We will practice the primary series with adaptations, fewer vinyasas and without jumping back.
This class is for all levels even for those seeking a gentler pace. Cultivate mindful movement and inner peace with clear instructions, personalized guidance, and props to tailor your practice to your personal needs. Leave feeling refreshed, empowered, and connected to your inner-self.

Grace Chair Yoga
LEVEL: BEGINNER
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting on a chair or standing on the ground while using the chair for support. Benefits of chair yoga include: improved flexibility, increased strength, provides a safe environment, and easy on the joints.
Chair yoga includes the same elements of traditional yoga, including physical poses (asanas), meditation, breathing techniques (pranayama) and muscle strength training. This gentle practice will invigorate the mind, body and soul!

Grace Slow Flow + Restore
LEVEL: ALL-LEVEL
Awaken peace and relax deeply...
Slow Flow + Restore is a nourishing fusion of mindful, unhurried flow and restorative yoga. At the start of class, gently release tension and stress through meditative movements and breath work.
Then, ease into floor based postures supported by props to encourage deep relaxation and comfort. Slow, deliberate movement unlocks deeper layers of fascia and connective tissue to rejuvenate your tissues. Class will culminate in a tranquil savasana to embrace the healing power of stillness and then finish with a brief guided meditation.

Grace Restorative
LEVEL: BEGINNER
Grace Restorative is a form of gentle yoga with passive restorative postures to open the body, quiet the mind and move into a deep sense of relaxation. A meditative time to cultivate awareness of body breath and mind, this class is recommended for those experiencing stress, recovering from injury or illness, and anyone seeking a gentle class to unwind, relax and renew.
This class is appropriate for beginners.
