Your First Class

Be sure to bring a mat for Yoga classes. Don’t worry, if you don’t have one, we sell three different brands of mats and would be happy to find one that’s perfect for you! We also rent high quality mats for $2 a session. You will not need a mat for Pilates Reformer. You may want to bring your own towel and bottle of water.
